SHIPPING POLICY 

We pride ourselves on delivering your packages promptly. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and includes all relevant information. We do not take responsibility for any stolen, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages due to the incorrect address. 

International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs/VAT processing. The tracking number may not be available once the package leaves the USA. 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Any order made after 12pm EST may ship the next business day. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may experience a delay in delivery. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
